What to write to us about
- Corrections. If any fact on this site is wrong or out of date — a licence detail, a claim in a review, a broken link — tell us. The corrections page explains what happens next, but the short version is: we check it, we fix it, and material fixes are noted on the page.
- Editorial queries. Questions about how a rating was reached, why an operator is or is not listed, or anything else about the content.
- Legal and privacy matters. Requests relating to the privacy policy, including anything concerning personal data in correspondence you have sent us.
- Commercial enquiries. We are open about being affiliate-funded. Operators and networks can write to the same address, with the firm caveat that commercial arrangements never buy a rating, a placement or the removal of a caveat — the editorial policy is not negotiable.
What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a casino, so there are things we genuinely cannot do, however politely you ask. We cannot access, unlock or close any casino account; we cannot process, chase or refund any deposit or withdrawal; and we cannot resolve a dispute between you and an operator. For account and payment matters, contact the operator's own support first. If a dispute stalls, every UK-licensed casino must offer a free alternative dispute resolution route, and the Gambling Commission explains how complaints escalate from there.
